Our Founder and Managing Director, David Lowe, having relocated to the Riverina region of NSW in 2015, identified very early on the challenges faced by businesses of all sizes in regional areas, but more particularly those at the smaller end of the size scale and early phase businesses. It is out of this realisation that Seighford Business Solutions was formed, to quite simply be “there to help”.
With 40 years of business experience, and more than 25 years of those at Executive level experience in businesses ranging from 5 different start-up businesses to Telstra and CSR at the other end of the spectrum, David has seen and experienced a wide array of business situations, problems, solutions, successes and failures. He was even involved in bringing about regulatory reform in the financial services sector at one stage.
Having worked in almost every C level role at some point in his career including 10 years as a CEO, there is little in business that he has not been exposed to. However, sales, business growth, marketing and strategy are his greatest passion, demonstrated by one of the start-ups that he led to turning over more than $500m annually after 7 years as its CEO, a business that is now a global market leader in its field.

David comes from a family with a background in farming as his mother effectively ran her family farm on South Australia’s Yorke Peninsula from the age of 12 with her father and during his youth spent much of his school holiday time alongside of his grandfather on the farm. Several of his extended family are still on the land today.
